Friends, I will tell you how to defeat fear ? when we face difficult problems, we are stuck in the quagmire untill we do the deeds beginning with hope but karma is also needed along, fear your self. So dont delay, but immediately get involved in work and in this way you can build confidence.
(2) Friends are how can belive on you, - Fiends , can come with confidence and god power is the trust of others, it is a very difficult task to again the trust of others, firstly see your truth then see your speech and finally test your actions. When you meet these three people than people start to belive in me .
I said first of all the person see the truth of you . The truth is the same, how much truth is there in your words, if there is a lier in your in your words , no one will belive you . Learn to get the most out of the dirty inside you such as false ego , deceit froud etc, because things have increase the most of your credibility after which everyone said that this creats a positive feeling in front of you and helps to make you trustworthy . After this, there is a precious gift from the voice , it also has a special effect on your creatiblity if you notice that there is sweetness our speech and how efficientely you are able to say your words. Sometimes it happens that you are true , but due to the harshness of speech, people dont like to come to you . Now the most important thing is that people watch your work that you do what you say. If you speak, but you speak the truth, you speak , but you are not doing hot, it will prove. 
Because the root cause of faith is your work . I you do your work , sweet and true person then loot belove in you will and trust is difficult but trust is very difficult to maintain.
