All these ten teams get Rs 120 crore each which they use in the auction to form their teams.  This is a matter of their luck, apart from all this, BCCI gives 7.5 lakh rupees to every player for playing every match. Which is 146 crore rupees including 10 teams and players. They get this money in addition to the agreement. 

This is about the game, apart from the game he gets a lot of good things outside the field as well. Big companies which manufacture their products call them for advertising and pay them good money. Every franchise fulfills every need of its players, increasing their popularity. Many companies paste their advertising stickers on the jerseys, bats and caps of the teams for which they pay a huge amount. The players also get the benefit of this. All the fantasy cricket apps and sports content producing companies usually choose players for their advertisements. In return for all this, players get money, which badly affects their sportsmanship and patriotism.
