If you dont sat goals, you can not do anything. whatever progress a person has made, by aiming that all our innovation have been done , whatever it is in the field of medicine , in the field of engineering, or any other are , all of them are likely to be the reason that they were targated to achive. Goals means - the goals is mor than the dream because I mean working on the dream until the goal is made.
Friends , means that the dream , because the goal is more than dream , because the goal means working on the dream, nothing can be achieved until the goal is made. A man wonders around in life without goals. That boy keeps comming and never knew where he was going so , he could not reach anywhere. 
Goals is as important for succes , as air is essential for human being. The important thing is not what you were yesterday or what you are today, but rather iportant is that where you want to reach tomorrow. Some things are very important to keep in mind before making goals.
(1) Recongnise your ability. -- Friends , most important thing is ability. What is your ability? What is your skill in whatever you are proficient in , target come to the same or else your skill is in something else god , then you will not be anywhere. The corpus will remain .
(2) Divide your big goals into small goals. -- Friends, whenever you divide any goal, it is easy to accomplish a small goal .
(3)Know where you want to be remembered . Friends , first of all , you have decided ;; years of your success to decide where you want to reach you .
Friends, whenever you imagine your future a big fantasy army is running away. Now a day people are weighed according to the size of their dreams.
No man can achive more than he wants to achive. So always keep your future dreams big, keep in mind on thing, the most important ability of an executive is his strong desire to move forward because when you have a strong desire for a goal, you will achive it at any cost. Remember the advice of John Wanna - Make a man , until he can not do great work and the only way to achive full power is the only way to move forward with full strength. It is to do what you what to do, surrender in front of the desire and in return you will also get energy enthusiasm , mental state and better health. Friends , you should have confidence to achive any goal, when you will always be sucessful. After making friends, you will need a group because without any guidence you cannot succed.
Work under the direction of a successful person in the field you are intrested in, when you work under the direction of a successful daughter, you success is 50% it is possible but the rest 50% depends on your hard work.
